Q: What size should I get if I am 5'4?

My wife is about 5' 3" so based on the sizing chart, she got a 55cm. It's far too small. I'm 5'8" and got a 65cm. Perfect for her, far too small for me. Again, following their sizing chart. No way either of us could work using the recommended sizes.

Q: Does this contain latex?

While latex is a type of rubber this is made of PVC according to the seller which is Poly Vinyl Chloride or PVC- vinyl is the rubber compound that is bonded to the polymer (plastic) so while it is made of a synthetic rubber it shouldn't be a natural rubber like latex!

Q: Does it come with a pump

It comes with a baloon-type hand pump, but I used the compressor function on our car battery jumping machine. The correct nozzle is included but overfill until you have practiced inserting the plug without losing too much air.

Q: How long does it take to inflate the ball?

Depends on how fast you pump and how firm you want it to be. The pump works in both directions, so it's pretty efficient. It took me around 7 minutes to get the pressure I wanted.

Appears to be good quality item

Arrived very promptly and was easily inflated with accompanying pump.

Defective

The ball didn’t come with the air stopper. So when I pumped it up I couldn’t close it and it would just deflate. I spoke to amazon they said it’s defective and now I have to return the ball and I can order a new one. I have to print out the label and package the ball and send it back. It’s such an inconvenience and A hassle. I’m very disappointed
