YES! this Officer went through the pain of stripping the color out of his hair, then dying his hair pink for donations during Breast Cancer Awareness. Excellent result of my son as a bobblehead. Each step of the way I was asked to ok the piece, first face, then hair, then body. Each piece was spot on. I was worried about shipping, but my statue was packed very well. I am beyond satisfied.
