I purchased these knee sleeves for the gym to use during leg days and on dead lift days. The support they offered compared to some other knee sleeves was unparalleled. I have also used them.whenmi worked all weekend up in the attic installing 150 plus bats of R30 insulation. What a knee saver!!!! Highly recommend you use them.before you hurt yourself.

First of all, I have used these sleeves for like 5 years and they’ve held up wonderfully. They’re great for squatting and Olympic lifting. I was finally compelled to write a review when I was performing a clean, lost my balance backwards, and dropped the weight directly onto my knee. Though not their intended purpose, these sleeves protected my knee. I’d like to think they prevented me from having a more serious injury and I walked away with only a gnarly bruise.

Great weightlifting knee sleeves. Great support. Keep your knees a little warm but not too warm that it would be uncomfortable. True to size. Love this product, my knees don’t hurt as bad now!

However, all of the reviews saying how great these compression sleeves are is just a resounding understatement. Very good support that doesn't loosen up hardly at all in the middle (knee joint section), even with daily use. Washing machine friendly, just don't use hot water and on light settings. Air dry them if you can.They are surprisingly comfortable for long term use but the in-lined rubber edges will definitely cause some chaffing. No real way to stop that. That said, they're secure and hardly move, even with walking around quite a bit.Despite being for powerlifting knee support, I can walk around in these and get great support doing it. There was some pinching from material behind the knee (where I tend to get some swelling with my injury) but the material was pliant enough that working it around a bit made it go away entirely.WORD OF WARNING.. on the sizing, though. If the size chart makes them look small, its because they are that small. The sizing chart is RIGHT ON THE MONEY. If you suspect you might need the Extra Large over the Large, get the Extra Large. I thought it was going to be a bit too big for me but its TIGHT and fits well. If you're overweight to a significant degree like I used to be (350lbs to 240lbs as of the time of purchase), you likely won't get it up around the thighs. Its very tight and secure but that's just the thing. In that case, I'd look for a windowed knee brace with straps, like I used to use.

I should have gotten these knee sleeves a long time ago . I have been an avid weightlifter for 8 years and after wearing these I feel my knees are so much more stable . I have actually been able to lift more when wearing these.

These were given as a gift to the powerlifter in my life and he absolutely loved them! I ordered the XL - he is 6' 3" 250 and huge quads/medium calves. I was afraid they would fight his quads but be too loose on his calves. They fit him perfectly. He also had meniscus surgery and he said that these feel warm, comfortable. and supportive. They look to be high quality and I would definitely purchase again!
