Really wished it came with bulbs. Didn't see a comment that it didn't until I opened the directions. Had to use regular bulbs.

It did look like it did online however the gold is too brassy and the tear drop design on the glass gave off 80’s vibes. If you want a modern look this ain’t it.

This is a very nice looking fixture, modern and updated. However, we had trouble installing it due to the screws and mount into the ceiling. It sits not quite flush in our house. It looks ok, but we will be buying additional washers to compensate for the way the screws sit from the fixture to our ceiling.The seeded glass is very nice looking. The fixture itself is not quite as bright as the one we replaced, but we will be changing out the bulbs. Edison bulbs would look best in this fixture. Also, it has a ground wire, which our old fixture did not have (the outlet had it), so we had to figure out how to wire the ground for the fixture; they needed to be wired together. Instructions for install could have been better, so docking one star for the instructions and the way it sits.It's a fine fixture for the money, just not quite simple, or super easy, to install.

Ok, when my house was subject to a contractor flip, everything was done with contractor grade fittings, and that meant basically every room had one of those hemispherical light fixtures with the center screw. You know what they are commonly called. Cost effective, but not much character.Even my front porch had one. Well, no more! I replaced that one with this, threw in a couple flame bulbs I bought for Halloween a few years back, and I’m here to tell you it looks so much better.The seeded glass catches and scatters just enough light to almost feel like it’s twinkling, and the black metal will look great on the porch once I give the ceiling out there a nice coat of haint blue this spring.It’s a super easy install, and I was able to use the mounting bar that was already there, so I saved a step. If you’re looking for a quick, easy DIY to improve the look of a room, this is a good choice.

Given that the overall look of this is complimented by the Edison-style bulbs, I had assumed they were included. They are not, its still a solid value, and the lamp looks great.5 stars, its a very solid value at its price point and hard to beat, even without bulbs.

This light only took me a few minutes to get installed. Everything you need is included as well as some extra screws and nuts. The metal base was finished well and had no scratches or marks. The glass felt sturdy and not like it was going to easily crack. The seeded glass matches well with some other fixtures I have in the same style.
