Tasty and Thick
Tasty but hard to get as thin as non-gluten wrapper. Still by gluten free eaters enjoyed them.

Terrible instructions
Can't rate less than 1. Terrible consistency, does not roll out because the mixture rating is too thin. You would need another cup of rice flour that defeats the purpose of having the mixture. Please dont buy this.

Over all great product.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Super easy to make dumplings. This bag will definitely go a long way. The flavor was well, like a dumpling. Texture was on point via using the instructions on the package. A great addition is the zip seal bag.

If you can’t have gluten, get this to help expand your food options
I have celiac and got a diagnosis after suffering for years with it. Favourite food that I love is egg rolls. Saw this and decided to try it. Worth it. It’s a little work to get the consistency right but once you do, you can make all the rolls you want or even wonton wrappers for those Chinese wontons that have the sweet paste in it.

Only makes one batch of rolls
I expected to make more than one batch of rolls. Seems pretty expensive for whats there. It's extremely sticky. I ended up adding two smaller eggs instead of one, and had to add flour to keep it from sticking. The taste was ok, but not great.

Easy to work with and held up to boiling.
The dough rolled out easily following the directions, and made a very nice stuffed dumpling. The dough held up nicely to boiling.

Not a good gluten-free solution for egg rolls
Impossible to roll thin for egg roll or lumpia use. Simply falls apart if rolled thin, meaning it has to be quite thick, which then tastes terrible.
