Absolutely love it. Wonderfully machined. Even the box it came in is first class. Let's me use my older EOS lenses on my new Canon R7. Works perfectly.

Definitely could be smoother to use but works as expected otherwise. Just a bit clunky/sticky to put on and take off. It also has a large bit that keeps the camera from being able to sit as it should which is a bit annoying and isn’t evident in the pictures.

I chose to get this to use with my new Canon R8 camera. I had already purchased the name brand version but I wanted to have a backup and see how they compared. Honestly, I found this very similar to the Canon version and in some ways a little better. I like how well-built this one is, it seems incredibly sturdy and I like the metal construction. I found this model attached to my camera better than the Canon and it was easier to put on and remove. The connections lined up well and it clicked into place easily. I was able to attach the lens easily and take photos. This adapter comes with all the pieces needed including lens caps and a tool for removing the tripod mount. The only negative to me is they did not include a case to store it in, but since it will likely be on my camera most of the time it's not a big deal for me. Overall I really like it and do highly recommend it.

This adapter is a must-have for people who have recently upgraded to Canon R camera bodies. I have a large investment in EF lenses, and many of these lenses have no equivalent yet in the new lens mount style. This adapter gives you a largely seamless transition at a very modest cost. No issues and no complaints.

Last year I purchased an R6 Mark ii to replace my old camera. It's a seriously nice upgrade, but RF lenses cost a good bit and so I'm not able to quickly replace all the old EF lenses I've been using. I saw this and thought it could be a good temporary fix as I work to slowly replace my older gear.When this adapter arrived, I was impressed with the quality. It feels solid, like something that Canon would produce themselves. I attached the adapter to my R6M2 and it went on smoothly, like what you'd expect from a proper RF lens. I next attached several of my old EF mount lenses and all of them functioned perfectly! The camera immediately recognized them and everything worked like they were were built for the new camera - AF, light metering, etc.If you have old EF lenses and a newer RF camera, this is a great option to keep those old lenses usable!

Seems durable but doesn’t fit my Sony.
