The product is good but the customer service is bad. I returned the items because they didn't fit for what I needed and it was at the end of June and haven't receive my refund yet. And when the company contacted me (it was at the beggining of August) it was to say that they couldn't find my item. I sent them the proof of the return and also the code number for return from Amazon, never more they replied me (And I paid to return the items). Don't buy it, it is a waste of money, not for the product, but because of the company.

A light-weight, low-price bin, that clips onto the back of a kitchen-unit door. Sounds good?If the quality of production was high enough that the parts actually fitted together, then this could have been a good product. As it is, the two parts do not clip tight enough to hold together, even without anything in the bag.This product is just a wasted opportunity.

Use in the caravan where space is a premium. Hook over the edge by the cooker and door so you can still get in and out of the caravan but it doesn't impede the aisle. I only had largish pedal-bin liners which I thought might be a bit optimistic but it copes even when full so I'm a happy camper!

The first couple of times I used it, it was difficult to get the grey section out to release the bag. Since then it's been fine. I use it as a food waste bin. Leftover cat food stinks so it's good to just change it every day.

The idea is great, but it fails on execution. The clip will not fit over a door as the plastic has no “give” so cannot slip over the top of a standard kitchen or bathroom cabinet door. Basically, not fit for purpose. Would send back except it’s too much bother and expense.

The over-door hook is too stiff and inflexible to be able to fit on all shape and size of door. It doesn’t fit on mine, so we cut off the hook and stuck it on the inside of the cupboard door instead. It works fine, obviously not sturdy enough to hold a huge amount of rubbish but good enough to take about 3 days worth before emptying. Reasonable product for the price as long as you accept you may need to adapt it if it doesn’t fit. I am happy with it as it replaces a stand alone bin in my very small kitchen.

Oh dear this product is extremely flimsy, it can’t hold much weight and flexes - the top keeps going into the bin it’s just a really bad design and a poor item I cannot recommend it and suggest you look at others
