So far I’ve used it to about 21feet as this was sufficient for my needs. It’s been surprisingly good for the money. The secateurs also work well but it can be hard to see what you are cutting at that height. The saw is excellent and once you start the cut it can get through thick branches very well. Only complaint so far is that a retaining pin in the top section is loosening so I’ll have to fix that. I’d recommend checking the sections regularly as you cut to ensure they don’t unscrew as you cut. Also be careful with the length, so you don’t hit obstructions or drop the pole as you work. Also let the saw do the cutting, don’t put pressure on the pole as it will obviously bow if you force it too much. I also make sure to clean and oil the metal parts to prevent rust in storage. It’s good!

Great tool ideal for overhead work without having to us ladders . Goes together easily . Not used it at full length but had four lengths attached and it is controllable. Can get heavy after using a long time , but that’s to be expected. Blade is really sharp . The lopper attachment takes a bit of getting used to . Great purchase .

Perfect. It is doing the job intended. Easy to assemble, and cuts well (easier with two hands than the one I used whilst doing the video). I have yet to fully extend all the poles as my tree is not as tall. I've used the cropping head and that works well, too.

I bought this to replace one I have had for about 10 years. I used this for approx 20 mins and the cord has frayed to the point of almost snapping, disgusting at this price, my old one hasn't frayed after years of use. Don't waste your money!
