Great product but should include....
Some extra instructions beyond the sell for their classes/online program. I love the design and the built in light weight. Works great to help stretch my tight calves/hamstrings. You can buy straps for less, and I have some, but the cork handle and ergonomics of this do make for a great specialized tool.
