Wasn't sure what to think a first but overall I'm happy with them they're comfortable and have plenty grip. Wouldn't go back to using rope as the pump is so much better.

Using this actually hurts my wrist more than a normal rope would on tricep pushdowns. I feel like I may be rotating a little so I'm willing to give it a few more goes before writing it off Another thing is that the plastic on it is quite sharp. It's cut up the crease of my thumb a bit after just one workout. Id recommend wearing gloves if possible to prevent this

Comfortable, great addition to anyone using cables or resistance bands to workout their triceps. Rope section seems well constructed and strong.

I absolutely love this bit of equipment. It’s in my gym bag all the time and I use it for pull downs and face Pulls etc. I get way more power power / strength / endurance because my hands are. I longer being ripped by the ropes

Tricep pull down and up.. soo different with this handle. It don't slip and easier to isolate the target muscle.. I totally recommend

Very good quality although I wish it were a little longer. Handles are very comfortable. Doesn't really work well for some exercises compared to a rope - ie cable biceps curls aren't possible. Overall pretty good though.

Met a guy in the gym with one of those, tried it, liked it. Somehow this one just feels better than the one I tried. On press downs my tris seem to burn quicker which tells me I'm really hitting the spot. I never work tris without this now. It's a really good buy.

Much, much better than a regular triceps rope. Better grip, more comfortable, better on the wrists. Good value. Perhaps some small things they could have improved over a regular rope, like preventing the rope from going off center. But really nitpicking now. These are great.
