GNC Men's Prostate Formula, worth a try
I was using another prostate product for about a year. That other product had much less saw palmetto and instead had some other ingredients. I wasn't convinced it was helping me but I gave it time. Finally I decided to try another product and I chose this one (GNC). I noticed a difference almost immediately with improved function. It's only been about a week but I can say it's definitely worth a try.

Saw Palmetto doesn’t work for hair loss or the frequency urination.
I took saw palmetto for 6 months no changes to frequency of urination. Best thing that has worked for me is taking no products and fasting 16/8. After doing this for 3 months my urination flow increased and frequency of going to urinate decreased.
