great product, used it to cover my back garden and was great. Use a lot of vcl,s being in the roofing industry and it does as good a job as any especially the coverage for the price.Be warned it is pretty heavy so be careful.

Used for covering large areas of the garden when not growing. Substantial enough and good value, you can walk on it when down without it tearing. Would recommend.

The product seems excellent, good thickness. I was able to overlapped the sheets & I,m positive it will last the 6-8 months needed to eradicate ground elder which is covering the entire rear garden on a new property my daughter just bought.Besides the pegs I've also laid some old bricks here & there but the pegs also seem the right product to use.

The polythene seems quite thick when you initially lay it out ( we were using it as a light block to kill an area of perenial weeds ) but it is very frigile.Even walking on it gentle can result in punctures, even from stout nettle stalksSo, lay it out, don't step on it, and it will probably be ok, but don't expect it to be as robust as proper woven ground cover.Our packaging was also ripped but the material was punctured into just 2 turns so the holes were within 1 metre of the end ( the courier slyly put the rip faced down and when my wife signed for it he said not to turn it over because it was heavy, she thought he was being nice, if a little patronising, but in fact he was hiding the damage )

There's lots of it and it is durable - we used it as first layer moisture protection on top of ground concrete floors (below laminate underlays and laminate flooring) and, despite walking and working over it for days it didn't develop any tears.But keep in mind that the roll of this stuff is heavy - around 25kg.

This is great stuff for all sorts of uses. Used mine to completely cover my allotment after manuring, it will be left in place till next March.The membrane is very tough indeed, and will not rip. It was delivered exactly on time and without fuss. But be careful when lifting, it is heavy.

I have used it now, but if I had bought it at a local store I would have taken it back and got it changed.If the width of 4m had been critical then it would have been a real problem. However as it was just for weed control in the allotment, I could still use the 0.7m strip. The polythene sheet material was OKI can supply photos if you give me an email address.
