Comfortable earplugs
These are good, comfortable earplugs. The material feels very soft in my ear. I like the little curved piece (the part that makes the plug look like a comma rather than a period) because it keeps the earplugs from falling out. They do not block 100% of sound, but they do "deaden" sound quite a bit. I find these really helpful when I'm feeling overstimulated by my kids. I can still hear them if they need me, but it "takes the edge off," so-to-speak, when I have these in. I also like them for working with any kind of loud too (vacuum cleaner, lawnmower, etc.). Another nice thing about these earplugs is that they come with 3 different sizes of plug covers, so you can get a pretty customized fit. They also come with a little case, which is wonderful for me because I don't have to worry so much about losing them when I put them in my purse or backpack.

Once you get a good fit, it does well at blocking noise/sound.
I’ve tried various different designs of ear plugs over the years ranging from the traditional foam to fancier silicone. The Ezavan ear plugs are silicone and have interchangeable ear tips to help a person get their best personal fitment. There are four different ear tips included (small, medium, large, and a medium dual layer). The ear plugs have a hook on them that helps them stay in your ear more securely, similar to some true wireless earbuds use, but it may be a little long for someone with smaller ears. There are R and L markings on the ear plugs (inner side at the base of the hook) to indicate right or left ear, but they are small and hard to read unless you are in good lighting. They have red plastic inserts on the outside, which I think if they would replace one with blue (left) it would be much more obvious as to which ear plug goes to which ear. A nice touch is the inclusion of a small plastic clam shell case to hold the ear plugs when not in use. I found the case to by a tad bit small, but the ear plugs are very flexible and it isn’t an issue cramming them in there. The silicone construction makes them easy to clean, including the main body, which is also made of silicone. The ear tips fit snugly and changing them out may be a little bit of a pain, but I’d rather them be snug than stuck in my ear. I think the ear tips are of a standard size typically used on IEMs, so you can likely get the ear tips you like and put them on the body of this ear plug. The comfort is pretty good and I didn’t really feel any pressure points and not really any discomfort after wearing them for a while. While the angle of the ear tip from the main body fits my ear well, I had a tough time picking the right size/style of ear tip to get the best fit, but when I did, the ear plugs seemed to do rather well and blocking noise (with a poor fit, noise/sound wasn’t nearly as blocked, but still not too bad).

Fit well and blocks noise ok, but will start to hurt after a while if you sleep on your side
These appear to be well made and were comfortable enough to try out while I was awake and getting ready for bed. The extra little handle makes it easier to wedge them into your ear for a snug fit while still giving you leverage to pull them out when you need to. They do great at blocking out background/white noise like the sounds of an aquarium or cats scratching at the door, while sharper sounds like the closing of a door or talking are muted but still get through so you aren't completely blocking out the world. Unfortunately, as a side sleeper, they steadily got more and more uncomfortable as the night went on. I went to bed at 10:30 and by 2:30 they were uncomfortable enough that they woke me and I had to pull them out. They have a few hard parts that just got pinched against the sides of my ear and made it ache as long as my ear was on the pillow. If you're a back or stomach sleeper, these may work better for you. Or if you need a comfortable ear plug for the day, they'd be fine for that too. But as a side sleeper who tosses and turns a lot in the night, these just were too uncomfortable to be something I'd consider to be ear plugs for sleeping.

Easy to clean, tail design fits comfortably in ear.
I strongly prefer the tail design for earplugs as I've noticed it's more comfortable and slots in to the shape of the ear naturally. These are no different. I like the variety of sizes and the different types of buds you can change out. Its a great simple pair of earbuds that are easy to wash between uses.

Great earplugs
I have a thing for earplugs. I wear them most nights. They don't block out 100% of ambient noise, I describe it as dulling the noise. You might be able to discern what someone is saying to you, and you'll hear that big crash when the cat overturns the flower vase, but it won't be as jarring. One thing that it does is seemingly amplifies your head noises: breath, heartbeat. And these sounds further drown out ambient noise.I like the spermatozoa shape of these types of earplugs. The tail curls on the inside cup of your earlobe and makes for more comfortable side sleeping, especially if you have small ears. It comes with 4 pairs of additional ear-bud replacements (S,M,L, and a double dome). It also comes with a handy and small case. This makes it great for travel, as well as having handy when you're seated close to the speakers at a live music event and want to protect your eardrums. The only thing I don't love about them is that the earbud pieces come off. I prefer single mold designs, because it's not like you're going to replace the earbuds as they wear. But this is hardly a complaint or reason not to get them.

most comfortable plugs I've used, but modest noise reduction
The shape and design fit my ears better than any plugs I've used before. They don't move, and stayed in place overnight. However, these are better suited for noise reduction like a concert or construction. Sadly it doesn't quite meet my needs to minimize sounds at night. Good fit and recommended if for the right user.
