Pop the nozzle into your icing bag and fill it with stiffly whipped cream, icing or thick buttercream.2. Place the tip of the nozzle into the centre of your cupcake or the middle of where you want the flower to be and, holding the bag completely vertical, squeeze the icing bag while you twist the tip back and forth. If you want your flower to be taller, you’ll need to lift the nozzle off the cake for the last few seconds of piping.3.
