So I just bought this product for the first time and I am absolutely obsessed with it. It curves, my food and sugar cravings so much and makes me not hungry during the day. I also love that it’s natural because I don’t like taking a lot of prescriptions. I would definitely recommend this to anybody trying to lose weight or reduce their food cravings! I take two of them after a meal. Not on an empty stomach.

I have taken other berberine supplements, and this is the worst. It tastes TERRIBLE. The tablets leave yellow powder on my hand, and they are hard to swallow and leave a terrible taste behind. Berberine is fantastic, but I won't be buying this brand again.

I had labs done last month. My ALT number was at 6. I started this supplement and my ALT increased out of range to 36. Stopped taking these and a few days later my numbers started to lower. It’s at 29 but it’s dropping. Dr said a few more days for these to be out of my system and my numbers will return to normal. Not sure why these did this to my liver.
