This pan is awesome. Cleans like a breeze and acts like a cast iron with holding the heat but is non stick. Still also will get items crispy if you want it. We are really enjoying this pan. Even after cooking eggs there is very minimal clean up. We use it almost daily. It is heavier than a normal pan like a cast iron but not an issue for us.

Bought this griddle specifically to use on our induction cooktop. I was impressed with the quality of the pan. The handle is very easy to grasp and is sturdily attached. The nonstick coating cooks evenly with very little oil, as is very easy to clean. This pan works well for induction cooking and I'd highly recommend it.

This is the best griddle I've ever used! Do not hesitate to buy this.... I used every single inch of the griddle to fry up some chicken tender bites, every singe one of them was evenly cooked, from the middle ones to the ones on the very edge! And BACON! The. Best. Ever, NO SPLATTER!! I only just recently learned that the low edge pans remove the splatter when cooking bacon, who knew! I just use some paper towels while cooking and soak up the excess grease and the bacon is perfect. The packaging it comes in is stunning... rivaling all those Apple iPads' packaging.

I wanted a griddle that is non stick and not toxic. This purchase of the square griddle pan is my second Caraway pan. The first was a full size griddle which I have used for pancakes and grilled sandwiches. The second purchase of the smaller square griddle was because I wanted a griddle I could use in my fifth wheel trailer while camping, and also to have a second griddle going alongside my first when making pancakes for a crowd. My first griddle still looks like new and performs most excellently. When preheated correctly, pancakes don't stick, and the griddle heats evenly making the entire surface good for cooking. I am cooking on a glass top induction cook top. In my trailer I will be cooking on propane.

Very good quality product. Sturdy, solid free of chemicals and a better coating than other cookware. Price is reasonable with the sale(s).

This is a very nice pan. It is heavy and eggs, etc. don’t stick on it. We have tried many different kinds of square pans but none of them held up well. I also like that it doesn’t use the forever chemicals
