Works well as intended. I used it for flexible duct installation. I had to press the pivoting teeth into the excess cable every time i wanted to tighten a cable. The cable ties i used were 180lbs tensile strength - 24" long. So it could just be that this tool wasn't designed for thick cable ties like the ones i used. Either way, the price was unbeatable and the tool completed the job i needed done, therefore i'm happy to give a 5 star rating.

You have to know how much pressure , when you squeeze the handle .I broke 5 zip ties before I got the hang of it . It does a great job once you find that point before the zip tie breaks .

Works wonderfully. I use zip ties all the time. Bought about 1,000 of them from Home Depot.

HIGHLY recommended to have in your tool box and helps to install cable ties when you want to install them easily! What a GREAT little tool!
