Excellent customer service
Unfortunately there was a fault with the sound, but rang vocal star at lunchtime on the 27th and a new one arrived at 9.30 the following morning. Excellent customer service from vocal star.

Great machine, fantastic company
Machine is exactly as described and my daughter loves it. Also fantastic customer service from vocal-star, the original one that arrived had a fault and didn't work. I emailed vocal-star on sunday afternoon, by 9.30 monday morning I had received a response from them that they would send me a replacement and by 2.00 that afternoon I had confirmation that the replacement would be delivered the next day.

This is not the entry level karaoke machine you’re looking for.
Sadly this is a very poor quality device. Yes it’s entry level but really can’t recommend it to anyone. I returned mine to get another thinking first was faulty but actually just cheap and nasty. Enormous amount of noise from speakers (crackling and hissing etc), microphones barely pick up input and thus you can’t hear vocals unless you shout. Resolved with something only £5 more but so much better from another vendor: Avoid!Sorry to Vocal-Star whose customer service is very good and other products in their range are excellent.
