These are great ice packs for sore knees. Love that they stay in place and provide 360 therapy. Great to travel with.

I bought these to keep myself from scratching my oak mite bites it while also giving me some relief from the discomfort. The sleeves are perfect. They fit very comfortably and are a bit compressive without feeling like it’s something that I can’t wear consistently. They also got cold really fast so I didn’t have to wait too long to be able to wear them. I wish I could’ve been a little bit cheaper as I’ve spent so much money trying to get comfortable with my current condition. However, they are certainly affordable and worth the money.

My daughter is a dedicated sprinter, hurdler, jumper, and thrower, and incorporating the FreezeSleeve into her daily recovery routine has been a game-changer. We have purchased four sets in total, as each sleeve provides consistent ice or heat therapy, aiding in muscle recovery and injury prevention. Her first set lasted over a year, showcasing their durability. She would be lost without them. A tip: ensure you measure the body part you intend to use them on to select the appropriate size for optimal comfort and effectiveness. Highly recommend these sleeves to all athletes!​

The only negative is it doesn't stay cold for very long,but overall I love it! I have thick thighs and calfs and this sleeve went on with perfection. It wasn't to tight ot to loose, it was literally a perfect fit. I had knee replacement surgery and when I would wear it,it sootherd thae pain. I always put it on right before bed- feel asleep everytime. It also helps with compression, so that was great.The material is soft,stretchy and overall comfortable.

The sleeves slide on with ease. I use them for some side effects from chemo in my lower legs. So far they have been a welcome relief factor. I use them cold after leaving them in the freezer for several hours. The resealable bags they come in are a plus too. They protect the sleeves when you aren’t using them or leave them in the freezer for next time. Five stars for a comfortable product that provides soothing relief.

The S/M is ideal for an average sized elbow. It provides a snug fit with surrounding cold therapy that is almost impossible (or at least very inconvenient) to create using standard ice packs. It comes out of the freezer very cold but, as others have noted, it does seem to warm a bit faster than other ice packs. I get a good 6 - 8 minutes out of it at very cold temperatures with another few minutes of cool which is enough to calm down my tennis elbow as needed.

Best thing since sliced bread! Easy to slip on. Soft, soothing & very comfortable.
