So far so good. Definitely notice an increase in energy and mental state. The smell is very earthy but not terrible. I make it with mint tea with honey and don’t even notice it. Great product. The only thing I wish was that they provided an actual measured spoon instead of a little scoop hook that doesn’t allow you to properly dose it.

Haven't tried it yet. From reviews ( not only Amazon, I checked other sources) seems to be a great product and I am excited to try it out. The tast is not to my liking and I need to find a way to take it without testing it. Also, not sure about the size..how do I calculate 500 mil daily?

I put this in my mushroom coffee every morning and it turns out great. I notice a boost in my energy. I'm loving it so far.
