I got this for my wife who loves eating crab legs. Not only does it look great, but it also works great. It has been used several times in our home and has held up perfectly, easy to clean and stores nicely.Nicely packaged so it would make a great gift for any seafood lover in your life.

Ok, I eat a lot of crab. However, our crabs are of the blue variety, and not the colossal or king size versions these were intended for. I tried to use them, honestly I did. But I had to revert back to my good old narrower tip butter knife, cir. 1950's ?I feel like the picks are too small to be able to scoop out the entire claw at once. The claw cracker is more of a splitter. Too small for the jaws to open wide enough to get the entire claw in at once, so I tried to use them as scissors to cut the claw open. Our claws aren't big enough for that much work, and pulling it all at once with a knife is easier.Sorry, just not me.
