Perfect!
My cat was put on prescription food and the kibble is bigger that what he was eating. He would eat very fast and swallow most of the pieces whole. Within 5 minutes of eating he would vomit up everything he ate. He started to lose weight and the vet suggested getting a slow feeder. I tried one with the ridges in the bowl but he had trouble getting the pieces out. I ordered this one and at first was concerned he wouldn't figure out how to get the kibble to drop out of the rotating cups. He had it figured out in a couple of feedings (he uses his nose to push them)! No more vomiting! Also he seems to like it since it is sort of a game to get the pieces. Highly recommend if your cat inhales their food and/or has vomiting issues.

Toy for dog or cat
Really neat toy for dog or cat to slowly get their food. Made very well and attractive. My cat has not quite figured out how to use it yet. Maybe in time ..... but the toy is really cool.

Cute Slow Feeder
Taking a star off because I like to clean thoroughly before putting things away and I don't normally have to take a screwdriver to do that.

Cat play time
It took my cat a moment to learn to use it, but now that he has it has helped him a lot. Slows his feeding down so that he does not get sick. Kind of a pain to fill but nothing that your not gonna find with other slow feeders.

Treat bowls are small
We have some very treat motivated learners so this was a fun experiment. We usually give temptations treats ( that's they kind they prefer. We have tried to convince them of other ones ) and they are just a little too large to fit comfortably in these cups. The cats understood right away how to use the treat dispenser but they didn't love putting their face into the bowl that catches the treats. If we find smaller tastier treats we may go back to using this one but for now it's in our pile to bring back out in a few weeks and see if they like it better then.

Slows our fat cat down
The media could not be loaded. It took our cat a few weeks to get comfortable enough to try it out, then it took her a while longer to figure out how to use it. Now she uses it every day and is so excited when we start to fill it up, she jumps on the counter to try to start doing it right then. Even after she has mastered it, it still takes her longer to eat than with her feeder ball. The funnel it comes with isn't great for filling it - I use a kitchen funnel and you have to sprinkle the kibble in gradually or it gets jammed. If one piece of kibble gets outside the white compartments, it can jam the track. Overall, though, it was a great purchase. She is so adorable when she is pawing at it and pushing the compartments back and forth.

Exactly as expected
It looks exactly like it does in the photos. A friend and i had some trouble putting it together as it didn't come with instructions, but we figured it out. My cat's have some difficulty with the puzzle, but their not very smart cats so I expected that.
