Skipped meal less of an issue.
I found myself skipping meals because of work or just not being hungry when I knew I should have eaten something. I was quickly picking up a bad habit so I decided to buy some of these Ensure drinks. I know there are alternatives or supplemental drinks for meals but they usually are for people on a diet. I have no need to loose weight so these drinks were perfect for me. The taste was not exactly what I expected. If you chill the drinks as cold as you can get them and shake them well they are fine but you really don't want to let these things lay around for more than 5 to 10 minutes. The drink will become a bit chalky and it seemed to stick to my mouth a little but that is about typical from these types of drinks. I did find a trick and that was to add a small amount of coffee. Adding coffee made the vanilla stick out and gave the drink a more sippable experience. All in all I would recommend buying Ensure and I look forward to trying the other flavors. (Note: Just a quick word about the shipping. It was fast and convenient and I did not have to go to the store and lug them back home. They were on the doorstep a couple of days after purchasing and after a day to chill they were ready to drink. The online ordering and shipping experience is preferred.)

Ensure is one of my favorite supplements. I drink one, and every so often two per day as a light, refreshing taste treat.
