The vitamin c has no fillers. It is strong and smells slightly like citrus when you open the capsule, you can pour it on anything or even in smoothies For kids. We didn't have any stomach upset and it boosts our immune system daily.

Easy to swallow capsules

I chose Triqueta’s Plant-C While Food Vitamin C due to its being derived from natural sources. Also, the other ingredients list does not include stearates, silica, soy derivatives, artificial colors and the like. It’s on my buy-again list.

Unexpectedly delicious when I opened the capsule and poured the powder onto my tongue to do a taste test since it is a whole food fruit. It is like tasting some of that sour powder from the candy packs with the dipsticks. So delicious! Unfortunately, the child it was purchased for has a histamine intolerance, which did not cross my mind When I put this on her wish list. This is definitely high histamine being a dried fruit, But for anyone reading those who thinks that is a bad thing, Histamines are necessary for our bodies, but when people get mass cell activation syndrome, sometimes they also cannot tolerate histamines or regulate them. So, my other child is really loving popping these open as soon as she’s awake and taking her vitamin C! This is a great price for three month supply and she has not gotten sick yet Despite sick season being upon us and surrounded by sick people. These are very easy to swallow, but like I said, they’re so delicious that we work hard to open those capsules to sprinkle them on our Tongues.UPDATE:I called the company to ask what the process was for drying these as vitamin c cannot live through much heat and is therefore recommended to eat cold fruits and veggies that contain it. When drying, I wanted a vitamin c that is “window dried” (just left out to dry In a sanitary space), but they said they’d call back and it’s been 2 weeks with no response yet.

I like that this product is natural, not synthetic, and is USA made. Most vitamin C is synthetic and from China.
