I rarely leave a review but felt l had to as the service l receivedfrom Zyber was excellent.My controllers would not charge consistently sometimes lights would come on and then only partially charge. I pulled metal pins out as far as l could but had no luck.Contacted Zyber who responded promptly and after trying their suggestions with no improvement they replaced the whole unit which arrived in a few days.I love this charger it looks great and so far the replacement is working as it should.

The item just stopped working for no apparent reason....I bought the 'ZYBER RGB Charging Dock' in February and it has stopped charging. The atmosphere light comes on, but the stand does not light up or charge when my meta quest is connected by the magnetic charger, or when I plug it into the back usb-c port.I have tried to contact their support via the website - but they do not answer, so am stuck with expensive useless kit. With no support from the manufacturer.....

The headset charges to 100%, and quickly. For the first couple of months I didn't use the controller charge because I had a lot of batteries. But now I find the left charger only ever charges to 70%, that would be enough so I am not worried about that. But the right charger only ever charges to 30%, so every session I get the low battery warning.I have swapped the batteries and the charging values stay the same. I am not keen to send the unit back because it is the only charger I have, so for the right hand controller I have returned to using normal batteries.

For those who have purchased this product and the controllers don't charge, try bending the supplied battery cover contacts out so they touch the metal strips on the batteries better. Worked for me!

Nice stand and could have been great but fails to charge controllers beyond 70% regularly fails to recognise one or both controllers when inserted.

Well it looks pretty but that's it I'm afraid. Set it up as described. Fast charger it is not. It took 5 hours to charge my headset and it was already on 30%.The controllers never charged at all despite being in overnight. Thankfully Amazon quick return and refund.

A great display stand / charger dock for the headset and controllers.Nicely packaged and a quick delivery.Remove the battery covers and batteries from the controllers and replace them with the rechargeable ones supplied along with the new battery covers.Insert the acryllic stand into the base unit then attach the 2 top parts (all fitted together very easy and securely)Insert the magnetic charging button (2 supplied) into either your headset or the headset battery pack if you have one.If using straight to the headset then theres an acryllic piece which attaches to the stand where you fit the charger lead to and then when you put your heaset on the stand the magnetic pull links the charger to your headset and starts charging.Because i use a headstrap battery i need to attach this manually (no big deal)The headset feels very secure and safe on the stand.If you want the stand to light up then the charging lead must be plugged into the port where the stand is, i made the mistake of thinking it plugged into the back and contacted customer support as the stand didnt light up.They were very quick to respond saying where it needed to plug in.I am very happy with this unit and would definitely recommend it.+++AAA

Después de revisar todas las bases de carga del mercado, escogí estas y me han sorprendido por su grandísima calidad/ precio. La mitad que las originales y incluyen baterías mejores. Te carga las gafas y los mandos simultáneamente (no necesitas quitar las correas pues tiene huecos preparados para ellas), el diseño es impresionante y las luces led (apagados o no y editables en que colores quieres) bordan el producto. Incluye todo lo último para carga. Estuve a punto de comprar el último modelo de Kiwi, pero descubrí que solo son base y sólo cargan las gafas y no cargan los dos mandos. Estas cargan también los mandos y el acabado/diseño y componentes es mejor. Incluyen fuente de alimentación y dos conectores para carga de las gafas. Espectacular!

Sehr dekorativ und funktionell. Etwas störend die Kabel. Es wäre schön, wenn die Lademöglichkeit etwas anders gelöst wäre. Auch finde ich den Ladevorgang etwas zeitraubend. Die Lichtspielerei ist nicht meinem Geschmack entsprechend. Man kann sie ja ausschalten.

Una de las mejores formas de tener nuestro equipo de RV totalmente preparado para su uso y que no tengamos que variar planes por falta de batería o carga de algunos de sus dispositivos, es una base de presentación y carga como esta con un diseño moderno e iluminación de control.. Sustituyen a las pilas habituales y nos garantiza que siempre estarán con carga cuando queramos utilizarlos.. El soporte de las gafas las mantiene en alto y como centro de atención del sistema. Permite carga adicional de hasta 10W si es necesaria y anclajes magnéticos laterales. Con estabilidad es su parte trasera y que hace que no exista riego de posibles caídas o golpes a las gafas en ningún momento.. El sistema ofrece también iluminación adicional decorativa con efectos RGB básicos que podemos desconectar si nos resulta molesta y que consigue elevar la presencia del equipo cuando está cargando sobre ella.Un sistema que en lo relativo a potencia de carga para nuestras gafas y mando es perfecto. Ofrece los máximos niveles de carga por lo que podemos tenerlas operativas en apenas un par de horas desde una descarga casi completa.Se incluye todo lo necesario para hacerla funcionar desde el primer minuto y solo tenemos que buscarle un sitio para colocarla, que si que os aviso que deberá ser algo más grande de lo habitual por su tamaño AMPLIO.Y en lo relativo a diseño y acabados, son bastante correctos en todos los puntos observables. Con cables de calidad y apenas calentamiento de toda la base cuando ha estado cargado mandos y gafas a la vez, por lo que se han optimizado los sistemas de evacuación de calor interior.En definitiva, un modo ORIGINAL Y PRACTICO de guardar nuestras gafas de RV en nuestra habitación de juegos y de tenerlas siempre preparadas para disfrutarlas al máximo.
