I dont leave many reviews but these handles are fantastic. I use heavy bands and their variable resistance to help me/my joints recuperate from spells of heavy powerlifting. So consequently a pair of green 56kg rated bands would dig into my hands whilst chest/shoulder pressing. even with gloves on. But these are fab. Although time will tell, they seem well made and robust enough to withstand the heaviest band workout. A must have!

I love these handles for my training loop band workouts. I have and do use gloves, but once you start to go really heavy with the bands they still dig into your hands, which can make the exercise uncomfortable. I had been looking at these types of handles, however I found some of them very expensive for what they are. After finding these handles I ordered, so glad I did as they are amazing and make using loop bands a pleasure. I can go really heavy with multiple bands and there is no uncomfortable grip issue.The handles are light weight with a nice knurled handle, very comfortable and no need for gloves. The section where the band slides on has a soft plastic coating which help protect the band from a metal edge. These are the best handles I have used, and would recommend to anyone. I also do not need to use gloves with these handles. A great addition to my band training equipment.

Use these for deadlifting with flat bands makes it much easier on the hands also use for bent over rows
