Pretty good
It's pretty good for such a price.It does make your legs widen a bit but it's not that bad.

Amazing
You know what yeah this thing is brilliant for £9. I was at MMA training today wearing it and I got reverse back kicked straight in the Crown Jewels and I gasped expecting to fall to my knees but I didn’t feel a thing! It fits nicely and isn’t uncomfortable. I will be using this in my mma fight at the end of the month
