Overall, I think this is an overpriced, unremarkable product. I would not buy it for regular feeding of any of my cats. That said, however, it is a SUPER SMOOTH pate and won't clog a feeding syringe, if that becomes necessary for a sick cat. For this reason alone, I keep it on hand, because even as expensive as it is, it's still cheaper than a vet visit and some super smooth prescription food that a cat doesn't really require.

Of all the cuts and pate we have tried, our little boy chows down on these iams chicken cuts.They are a little pricey, but they are a healthy brand, recommended by vets and easy to open.

My cats LOVE this wet food

I got some of this on sale at the grocery. My little rescue kitty has feline aids and was rather sickly. She started eating this food and loved it. When I ran out of what I had purchased I went back to the wet food I was serving her before & she just threw it up and was pitiful. So I went ahead and just spent the money on this food. My little kitty went from being sickly and lethargic to frisky and playful and actually started playing with her toys again. I just have to budget for it. I actually thought I had order it and when I realized I hadn't I freaked out. Our baby never could smell very well and had respiratory issues. Once she started eating this it really changed her. I never worried about bringing groceries home and not putting the meat right away. I brought my groceries in and went upstairs to hang up my jacket, when I came back down she had chewed through the butcher paper and eating raw meat. I don't know why but by feeding my kitty this food, it makes her like behave like a real kitty.

Be careful when handling the cups. When you break the portions apart, the perforated plastic leaves jagged edges. They keep cutting my knuckles when I peel back the foil lid. I try to be careful when holding these cups, but I always get caught on an edge. Just be careful, please.
