Quality baking set!
The aluminum conducts heat very well and makes it great to cook with. The silicone mat and the rack are also very useful.

These were highly rated in the New York Times, and completely lived up to the review. They are pretty and a great weight. I love them.

Bought this because ATK said it's great. And it is!
America's Test Kitchen uses this baking sheet and highly recommends it. I only used it once for baking eggplant basted with oil. The excess oil dripped on the silicone sheet and stayed there so I didn't even need to wash the sheet. What a pleasure!

This is a pan you're gonna love
I'm using this pan to cook my bacon and sausage, as a cookie sheet, and to roast vegetables. I use parchment paper depending on what I'm cooking. I find it easy to cleanup. I also want to mention that its larger size is plus also.
