The perfect gift!
I bought these dice as a gift for my son and he absolutely loves them! They are quite heavy so we did have to buy a tray to roll them to prevent damage to our table. High quality, looks exactly as pictured.

Good price on this style of dice, with bonus paintable 'dragon egg' to hold them!
In most ways, this dice set is a lot like others of its kind. Hollow, slightly round shaped but still land on faces perfectly well. They are lightweight and jingle in your hand when shaken together. Pick the right color scheme to match your esthetic or in my case, most easily read them when in use. They come packed in a nice sliding box case that show off both the dice, as well as the 'dragon egg' container that comes with this. As others have mentioned, the egg is filament base 3D printed so you the fabrication lines are present and visible from the resolution they chose. If you want to paint this egg, you're going to have to put in a considerable amount of prep work to regularize the surfaces, or avoid several paint techniques that take advantage of texture. So don't expect too much from the egg case...All in all these are still pretty cool dice at a pretty cool price in a pretty cool box so I feel like the egg is an extra and judging it is not core to the dice/price value proposition...~Cheers!

Really nice set of metal dice.
These are gorgeous dice. They feel great and have some nice heft to them. They still roll well, though. And the dragon egg is really cool way to store them. It's just primer gray, so you can also paint it to look like any kind of dragon's egg. Love this set.

Listing does not say the egg is 3D FDM printed
The set is beautiful. It's nice to look at.The dice are more rounded than preferred, edges are less noticeable and crisp, and some of them seem to be weighted due to the designs on them. The egg is 3D printed. It is very obviously 3D printed. I thought this would be a cast resin piece. There are defects with the pattern that cause some of the dragon scales to have little holes. They're barely noticeable but if you're looking you'll find them. For a commercial piece, I would expect a little more attention would be paid to the printing process - you can actually make nice FDM printed parts. The pieces do fit together nicely, but the inside of the egg has a spiderweb of filament. Hopefully I'll be able to clean it out. Some redeeming parts to this - the BF gets 3D printed minis all the time. This isn't the worse he's seen, he says it's pretty good, but not professional quality. You really see the filament lines in the base, where I expected that to look smooth. I had wanted to paint the egg for him, but the print job makes it a little more complex for me to work with, so he'll have to paint it himself. He is looking forward to that.

Roll Well and Satisfying to Hold
This is the first metallic dice set I've acquired, and I must say I was surprised that they were rounded. They have a very satisfying feel to them, hearing the metal clink as you jostle them in your hands is quite nice, and they surprisingly do not weigh as much as some other natural cut gem dice I have.Unfortunately due to the design, I am not sure how to test if the dice are weighted as my normal technique doesn't quite work. However, I can say that after using the dice for a month in regular games, they seem like they are pretty random which is the goal. The d12 is my favorite among the set and really lends itself to the design with the rounded ball corners. The d4 also actually rolls which is new to me, I'm used to the die just hitting the table and bouncing around a few times before finally settling.Overall, I think these are great dice and a fun addition to anyone's collection if they're looking for something with a more unique design that will catch the eyes of everyone at your table. Lastly, the little dragon egg that comes with the box is rather bland on appearance, but if you are familiar with painting on 3D printed objects you should have no difficulty making the egg a bit more lively.

These Dice are absolute jewels!
These dice are beautiful and lightweight. The rainbow effect feels like it dances in the light and the numbers are legible, but might take some getting used to. The dragon egg case feels sturdy but you can tell it is 3d printed.
