Works really well
I was unsure if this would work but it does! You feel it working and the different levels o intensity are great! They are easy to charge and easy to use. I lay down and use it. Very comfortable.

Doesn’t work
Overrated and an absolute waste of money. Just go to the gym and watch your diet

Just use a little bit of paper medical tape ♥️
The adhesion is not that great…in fact it’s awful, but the impact and design is fantastic!!!! And yes, I agree with another reviewer who said it made her arms sore. But that just shows how incredibly intense the impact can be!
