We had a forest fire approach in the night two years ago and that was a big jump up and go situation. Sure exerting more energy is stressful given the suddenness but I weathered the immediacy without health complications. At 71, I'll be honest with you, summer days and a forest fire is a pretty foot stomping and blood circulating event. Exhausting to say the least.
