Delicious!
I’ve had the pleasure of frying pork chops and fish with this and I can’t use anything else now! I am HOOKED! It’s so good, and I can’t believe it’s gluten free! So easy to use, so tasty, and fries just as well, if not better than regular seasoned flour. I’m believe I’m a fan for life. 😍❤️🥰

Great For Frying Wings
This is a wonderful GF flour and the only one I use for frying my decedent wings. I season the wings with dry rub and then dredge in this flour. Perfect every time! Know that a little bit goes a long way. Do not use as much as you would with regular flour or you will have waste. The wings come out wonderfully crisp without the thick greasy batter I used to get with regular flour. I highly recommend.
