Got it for my xtra muse camera since they updated the wireless mic feature. It’s very easy to use! Compatibility with any camera via Bluetooth

This mic is very lightweight and you can just clip it at the top of your shirt and and talk normally. It is also very portable in your case or even in your pocket. Works great for when the camera is moving around, but your voice stays stationary sounding.

Before I buy any product I do hours of research and I mean hours. Finally I decided to purchase the transmitter only. Based on the reviews I've read, it connected seamlessly to Android phones via Bluetooth no issue. Problem is it will not output (record or pick up) the audio on my transmitter. When I go to record a video it only outputs the sound that it captures on my phone microphone not on the transmitter which is connected via Bluetooth. In all the examples I've seen online there is an option in your video settings to change the output to microphone. However the xiaomi brand of android doesn't seem to have that option. I've tried installing third party video apps to change the output to microphone and that still won't work. I tried using my Apple iPhone and changed output and it still won't work. I've tried it on three different phones I'm ready to give up. I was hoping this was a simple fix but I can't get a hold of anyone to help me. I consider myself a bit of a guru when it comes to stuff like this but I'm absolutely stumped. I even tried connecting it with a lavalier, still wouldn't work. After days and days of researching and contacting DJI hearing nothing I've had enough and decided to return it.

The mic quality is pretty good, but the company doesn't seem to clarify that while the mic does pair with iphones, you can't use it to record video and audio at the same time. You have to download an external app called BlackMagic Cam and change settings in that app, then record video in that app. I don't like the interface of the app, and I don't want to have to go through those steps just to shoot a simple video. I'm returning this and buying the mic with the receiver. Annoying but it is what it is!

I am OBSESSED with this microphone. It’s as good as everyone says and worth every penny. I’m a full time content creator and this has really stepped up my videos.

Bluetooth connect doesn't work with all android devices. You can connect the device to the smartphone but a lot of the phones don't have the software options to pick the external connected mic. When you do find one that works you have to remember to disconnect the Bluetooth before trying to playback what you have recorded because it sees the device as a playback device too. I think this is a limitation with Android rather than the DJI Mic 2. It would be nice if they had an app for android that would resolve these 'issues'. The mic is pretty incredible though. The sound pickup is great, even through Bluetooth and the wind muff works really well. If you are buying to use for Android smartphone audio/video recording, make sure your device is capable of selecting the external mic, or you will be disappointed.

Il fatto che più mi ha colpito di questa nuova versione del DJI Mic è stato proprio il bianco: sarà che sono una donna, ma un microfono così bello, mai l’avevo avuto e visto prima.
