Good everyday bread-making flour
Made lovely everyday bread.

Big hit. Good flour
I take me chances a bit when buying shopping online, as I'm not sure what I'll end up with. The last time I bought flour, it was with added grains which does make a beautiful bread. I had some of that left and added some of the whte to get the required amount of flour for my two small loaves. It mixed well and cooked to perfection. Be warned, these bags are huge! I was very surprised at the size when unpacking. Had I known, I would have settled for one bag instead of two. These will last a few weeks yet. Good ol Amazon Pantry. I really like this service. You do get some very nice items from it.

I like the Allinson brand for its good products. the 3kg bag is not on all store shelves and heavy to carry. I make a loaf every 2 days. so yeah I use quite a lot of flours. good price on amazon pantry

Since moving from the Midwest United States to the UK I had trouble finding a good bread flour that gave me that nice, springy texture. This one works well and I get lovely loaves all the time.

Good quality flour.
This is good quality and I was pleased to be able to buy it in a large size. It makes lovely tasting bread and pizza dough. I will definitely be buying more in the future. The only criticism I have is that the bag is made of relatively thin paper considering the size and a hole ripped in the side quite easily.
