In a medium bowl, combine corn flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon. To your dry ingredients, add milk, eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla. Whisk until your batter is smooth. Add blueberries. If batter is too thick, add more milk, if too thick - add more corn flour. On medium flame, heat a large pan or griddle. Spray with a cooking spray. Take 1/4 measuring cup, pour batter on skillet.
