Great for Shared Space Home Office
The unit is well built, works as you would expect it to, and the form factor is excellent for our home office. This has a lot of power packed into a nice, compact box. Is it going to replace my gaming tower? No. But it is a great unit for office work and would be great as an HTPC. The speed is more than adequate for a workstation and with the i7 and 32GB of RAM it has been great at churning through some large datasets we regularly use for our work. This has met all of our expectations.

Pretty Impressive
Replaced my older full size tower PC. Easy startup right out of the box. Nicely packaged. Quality look and feel. Lightning fast bootup and shut down. So far seems very fast and capable for basic daily computer tasks and surfing. Not a Gamer so can't say anything about that. Do run CAD and that works well. Only complaints. Too few ports for connectivity. Noticed a rattle in the unit when handling it. Opened it up and found loose screws floating around. This could have wiped out the unit had a screw shorted across the wrong thing inside. Very easy to remove bottom cover and install the screws in the proper place. Read somewhere that someone else experienced this same thing. Overall impressed so far. We'll see how it does long term.

Great computer for the money
I bought this to upgrade from a prior i5 version of a Beelink computer that still worked but I needed something faster on a budget. This computer has been very good and suits what I need. Love the small size and the value for the money - plus it sips electricity!

Great hardware, rather poor BIOS support
Beelink mini-PC's are generally decent systems, built with quality components and sporting latest-and-greatest mobile CPU's, etc. They're also fairly easy to take apart for memory and SSD/NVMe upgrades...just four screws to remove on the bottom to easily add a secondary 2.5 inch SSD, and a few more screws beyond that to get to the RAM and NVMe slots.I own a few Beelink mini-PC's...two of them have Intel CPUs, and my "daily driver" system is a Beelink SER AMD model sporting a Ryzen 7 7735HS mobile CPU w/32GB of DDR5 RAM. I purchased the SEi12 i7-12650H as a secondary mini-PC that I use in my home office. I've generally not had any problems with any of their mini-PC's, they're reliable, and arrive with an OS preinstalled and ready to go out of the box. Very easy setup that takes a couple of minutes and you're up and running. There's a couple of drawbacks to Beelink mini-PC's...first and foremost, don't expect to see a BIOS update (ever) for any of these systems. IF there is a BIOS update, Beelink end users must visit Beelink's forums and request the BIOS file on the forum, which is somewhat of a hassle. Most of the mainstream mini-PC manufacturers (Lenovo, Intel, etc.) release BIOS updates regularly and they're generally rolled seamlessly into Windows updates. Secondly, support is somewhat lacking...although Beelink support responds in their forums, they don't provide much if any responses within any of the US time zones, only during business hours in China. This can be a problem if you're dealing with a more urgent issue. A cosmetic issue is that the fabric outer layer (meant to act as a dust filter) does get caked with dust, so a quick vacuuming of the fabric every few months becomes necessary or the mini-PC may overheat.Overall Beelinks mini-PC's are reasonably priced, have plenty of USB ports, as well as dual display connectivity if you run multiple monitors. Definitely recommend.

Could not be happier!
This is the 3rd Beelink mini PC I have deployed in my studio network, all have been excellent performers. This unit is being used to edit educational videos using Corel VideoStudio 2023 and Pinnacle Studio 26. It's also running LibreOffice, CorelDraw, and Adobe Photoshop with no issues. I added a 2TB SSD and a small, 3 port USB-C hub / SD Card reader for extra I/O. It's quiet, and has more than enough capability. For the price, this is hard to beat.

Loose screw inside
Had to open her up and take her apart which was a PITA before ever powering it up. Evidently, somebody dropped a screw during assembly and just grabbed another, put her in and assembled, leaving the screw inside the case. It was noticeably noisy when I took it out of the box. Evidently, quality control isn’t a priority with this manufacturer. With the above said, she booted up and worked after putting it all back together again. From other reviews and the lack of QC, I’m not expecting her to last long.
