Great not-so-pocket-sized Umbrella
This is a great option for rainy Chicago days when you want to be visible--but not obnoxiously so. The little strip around the edge of the umbrella is a nice touch. The carry bag can be thrown over your shoulder and the bag itself is extremely reflective. The mechanism to open and close the umbrella is smooth and the hand feel of the handle is very nice and sturdy. I think my only complaint would be the size of the umbrella when you fold it up. If you're looking for a pocket size one, this won't be it--but some of those have to bend in more areas and it weakens the structure. It's about 10 inches to 12 inches long when inserted into it's carrying bag--so keep that in mind if you intend to keep this in a small bag.

As nice as umbrellas that are twice the price.
Wow. Really nice. Sturdy construction. The handle has a nice grip - perfect size. Opens very easily with the button. Closes easily enough, though does take a little force. The bag is a nice touch so that you can put the wet umbrella inside and not get your clothes or car seat wet. Big span when open, but not too big. The reflective strip is also a nice touch. In the daytime, it just looks like a decorative accent color The black is a true black - good for men or women. The only con, and this is slight, is that it is not what I would consider a lightweight umbrella. Certainly not heavy, but in my experience the very lightweight umbrellas don't hold up that well anyway, so I'm fine that it's a little bit heavier.

Exactly as described
I love this umbrella! I bought one in black and red to keep in the house and car. Easy up, easy down. Fits easily in the bag. Really only big enough to cover one person.

Compact Umbrella for Travel, Auto Open and Close
I have not used the umbrella yet, but I did try the quick open and close feature. It seems like it will be a great replacement for my eight year old umbrella.
