Good tool but does not fit my machine
In the picture, it honestly looks like it would work, but I must have a really idiotic sewing machine because it's just a little bit off. Ugh. It seems to be a high quality tool though.

Unique rolled hemmer foot.
You need a screw hole in the needle plate in order to get use this hemmer foot. If you don't have the screw hole, it won't work.It took a little while to get used to using this. I think it works best with heavier fabrics (duck cloth, denim) then with lightweight or slippery fabrics. You definitely can't run the heavier fabrics through the rolled hem foot attachment. Adjusting the size of the "roll" is easy and the device stays in place once you tighten the screw. This is the first time I've seen this foot. I'm glad I gave it a try.

Works well. Does not come with holding screw
This rolled hemmer foot works quite well. The range of hem widths you can do make is about 5/8" to 1/18". The foot must be screwed into the flat bed/arm of the sewing machine to work. It does not however come with a screw to do that with. The easiest way to get the roll started, is to push the corner of your fabric through the foot and pull until the fabric starts to roll the way you want it. Then pull the rolled fabric back toward you to where you want to start stitching. Trying to curve the fabric around the foot from the front instead to get it started does not work well.Overall, the foot is well made and functions nicely. Minus one star for not coming with a holding screw.

Can't use without a screw
I was very excited to use this hemmer foot with my old Singer sewing machine as the sewing machine has a hole in the needle plate, which is necessary for attaching the hemmer to the machine. However, the hemmer didn't come with a screw, and my old machine doesn't have a loose screw to fit in the hole. So, I can't use this device until I find a screw with very close threads. Bummer!

Needs getting use to
I have been sewing for a long time and this is a neat sewing gadget. It took some time to get used to, but I liked it once it worked. Hemming is the bane of my sewing existence. This new tool means I can do hemming without hand sewing and with even professional lines.Practice first on something unimportant to get the hang of it. It will make your important project turn out better and you will have the confidence to take on more advanced sewing projects!
