Always take a multi vitamin. Not sure if I notice any difference but I'll keep taking these.

It is supposedly easy to swallow capsules, but it is not possible for me since the taste and smell are very bad. I can not continue taking them, so I don't know if it is really good (or not) as mentioned by other reviews. I hope the manufacturer can improve the product's taste and smell. It is not such a cheap product to be thrown away without regret.
