I purchased this product because i have lymphatic damage in my hands, which causes me to have swollen puffy hands constantly. I have lived with this for over 2 years. I just assumed i would always have puffy hands. I just stumbled across lymphatic drainage products the other day and after reading reviews and not wanting to spend a bunch of money on something i wasnt sure would work, i decided on this product because it was cheap and had decent reviews. Let me tell you, i just got this product today and have only taken 1 dose. I started seeing results w in a few hrs. I can see and feel a difference in my hands, the swelling has decreased significantly, after 1 dose! I can literally feel it working. I am super pleased w this product. I am hoping that the swelling goes down more, because its embarrassing, especially when people point it out to me that my hands are swollen like i dont already know that lol. But yes, i would definitely recommend! You cant beat the value/results of this product! Im sure that the others work too, but seeing as this is only 10$ and i saw almost immediate results? Ill stick with this product.

I was not expecting this product to work as fast as it did. I normally go for walks, but by the time I get home, my ankles are swollen and my legs are sore. I will be purchasing this product regularly to control my lymphedema as it works very well.

I had a lower lift, a neck lift and neck Lipo 3 weeks ago, if I could do it over I would have bought 2 things right away, Arnica, which I started using a few days after the procedure and it made my bruising disappear over night and also helped with swelling to a point, the swelling would keep coming back. Per the title of this review, my trainer recommended this supplement to help with leg cramps. Well, I can say I haven't experienced leg cramps since using it BUT the taste isn't good. If you buy don't use the recommended dosage..... its a strong taste even in juice! He told me to only use a few drops.....even that small amount is strong. However, it's a great value for the money, especially compared to other electrolyte products I've tried.

I’ve had swollen lymph nodes for over one year now and nothing has seemed to help me. I already eat well, I’m average weight, I do aerobic type yoga, but for some reason my whole body was still swollen and in pain. After a couple of weeks of taking this product, I felt amazing, like new. The swelling has diminished greatly, I feel comfortable in my own body again, and I have energy. And I haven’t gotten sick the whole month I was on it which seemed impossible. I was getting sick constantly! I was sad when I ran out but thought I was okay enough to go without. Three to four days after my last dose, my tonsils have flared up, my energy is not as great, and I just feel overall unwell. I immediately ordered another bottle.
