Incomplete and extra pieces
Bought as a birthday gift. The puzzle contained 3 duplicate pieces and had 2 pieces missing. Contacted Ravensburger directly who sent out a replacement - no missing pieces but 2 duplicates again! Beautiful puzzle when complete with high quality pieces that fit together perfectly. A good level of challenge - not too hard but not easy either!

Bright and colourful jigsaw
It was bought as a present for a 32 year old. She does puzzles weekly. She was pleased with it but, I have yet to contact the seller. The puzzle was made on the floor not the table, so the missing piece didn't fall off the table and get lost. The quality was good, medium diffict.
