I purchased this hoping the description was correct stating "whisper quiet". And boy is it. I wanted to replace my very loud aerator, and this did the trick. I was also concerned that it would not function very well in my 2200 gallon pond, but it works great! I am so happy with this product and for the price I could't be happier!

I rarely if ever give 5 stars, and this air pump has only been in use for 3 weeks. But it's been a tough 3 weeks of torrential rains. It is replacing an old Tetra pump that survived 2 years of the elements but was noisy day 1 unless perfectly balanced.I can't make this pump be noisy-in fact, I can't hear it.The air flow exceeds expectations. It's perfect in my koi pond which is about 12 ft x 7 ft x 2 ft (irregular.)I am thinking of buying 2 more for my large aquariums.

This pump is super quiet. Even standing right next to it, you don't hear it. My only disappointment with it is that it doesn't move quite the volume of air that my previous pumps did. The trade-off you have to decide is: more air movement vs quiet environment. I'll take the quiet environment, thank you very much. It comes with a very generous amount of tubing making it easy to hide the unit itself while still being able to supply air to just about every part of your pond.

I purchased the AquaMiracle All-in-One Pond Air Pump specifically because it claimed to function as both a pond aerator and a deicer for ponds up to 2000 gallons. Unfortunately, it did not perform as advertised. When temperatures dropped, the aerator balls froze in the water and failed to prevent ice from forming on the surface of my pond.Not only did this defeat the purpose of the product, but it also meant that my ducks were not able to access fresh water. I followed all the setup instructions carefully and ensured the pump was placed properly, but it still couldn’t handle freezing conditions.This product might be fine for mild climates, but if you're expecting it to handle freezing temperatures, look elsewhere. Very disappointed with the performance and would not recommend it to anyone needing reliable deicing for their pond.

This product fulfills it's promises. The Koi enjoy the bubbles and if they are happy I am happy..It is easy to put together and reallysupplies a lot of air bubbles for our pond..

Added to the pond for aeration over winter in northern Illinois. It’s worked great and we haven’t lost a single Koi!

I think that the air stones need to soak in water to work. After a day or two in the water, the pump seems to be putting out air pretty nicely.

I need a new one
