Not quite as tasty as a well known national brand (starts with a Q), but for me, these magnesium glycinate gummies are far more effective. These gummies have a pleasant flavor and texture. They have gotten my sleep patterns back into a reasonably healthy rhythm. And with no added sugar (which is better for my blood sugar than the Q brand)! And for those with dietary restrictions, these are free of the Big 9 allergens and they’re gluten free.One thing to note, it takes some time (a few weeks in my case) to notice significant improvements in sleep.
