Reliable Controller
Amazing product… Support team guided me every step setting up the device. The app control works efficiently now I can start or stop the water motor from anywhere. Highly recommended.

Don’t waste your money- unreliable product, zero support
I purchased the AZMON NEER 4G Mobile Pump Controller (sold by Ouranos Robotics) and it has been nothing but a headache. Out of 2 years, the device worked for barely 1.5 months. Delivery Issues: Paid for a current sensor that was delivered only after 3 months of repeated follow-ups. Installation Problems: No clear instructions. Their technical team had no clue about L&T starters and kept trying hit-and-trial methods. It took several video calls with my electrician to get it running. Poor Customer Support: Customer care rarely picks up calls, promises callbacks but never follows through. Device Quality: Extremely unreliable. SIM card keeps failing, requiring manual resets. No iPhone app. No phase protection (critical for agricultural connections). Data on the app is outdated. Recurring Costs: ₹1000+ recharge per year, but the service doesn’t justify it. Final Outcome: The device eventually burnt out. Even the founder admitted the product lacks protection and promised a better model in the future, but nothing changed. Verdict: This product is not ready for farmers who need reliable solutions. It wasted my time, money, and effort. I bought it hoping to support an Indian brand, but it turned out to be a poor-quality product with unprofessional support. Strongly advise avoiding this until they fix their technology and customer service.
