Mikrotik Rackmount Ears Set for RB5009 Brand

Does exactly what it’s supposed to. Fits the RB5009UG+S+IN properly and let me rack-mount it cleanly in my home server rack. Feels sturdy, holds the router securely, and installation was straightforward.

Acheté pour racker un routeur RB5009UPR+S+in dans une baie 19". Le kit à l'avantage d'être très polyvalent (montage d'1 à 4 routeurs ou switchs) mais il manque de rigidité pour le montage d'un seul équipement. Le routeur s'enfonce lorsque l'on branche les câbles. Je vais devoir réaliser mon propre kit avec un bout de tôle.

Einfacher und günstiger Rackmount, habe meinen L009 damit verbaut. Schrauben sind genügend drin (mehr als benötigt). Solides Metall das auch (wie vorgesehen) bis zu 4 von den Routern aufnehmen kann.

Not really sure what the beef is with this bracket. Maybe they installed it wrong? It holds my single RB5009 to the rack pretty securely. The screw goes through the unthreaded hole on the router and into the threaded hole of the bracket. This causes the bracket to basically clamp to the router. Does exactly what I wanted. It's thing metal, but it also isn't expected to hold much weight. I like the design that the brackets can either be for one to four devices and the parts are part of the bracket, just need to pop them out if needed. I suppose a little overpriced for what it is but it looks clean.
