Moira Supernova Multichrome Gel Liner (003, Phoenix)

This is exactly what you'd want in a waterline pencil. The formula is very creamy and glides on effortlessly, the packaging is sturdy and quite frankly very pretty. It has a built in sharpener so if you wanted to do a graphic liner with this product you could. For this price, this product gives high end a run for their money!

I'm giving this a 4 star review primarily because it doesn't glide on as easily as I had hopes (in comparison to like the CP Gel Liners) but the color is still beautiful and it has a built in sharpener at the back which is so helpful for more precise designs.

I don't meet my expectations.

This is beautiful multi chrome color gel liner. It looks good on your lower lid or upper or even both. I love it.

These pencils gave me such a bad reaction in my eyes. I’m not sure if it was pink eye or an allergic reaction. My eyes hurt for days, and since I couldn’t put my contacts in, I had to call in sick for work 2-3 days in a row. I’ve never had a reaction to any makeup before. The ingredients must be really cheap. It’s fine if I draw on my hand with them, but I will never put them by my eyes again!

I love the color! Kind of neon green! Soft and easy glide. My picture doesn’t show as nice as the color looks on. I wore it for 6 hours or so.Going to look at the other colors available!

It's nice but have to add layers to really see color.
