Scratch resistant? Not even one bit.
I used this suitcase once and it has scratched all over it from just one flight. I haven’t even gone on my flight back home yet. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Unless you get black

Sturdier than I expected
This suitcase is very lightweight and holds a ton of clothes. It served me well on a 14 day trip with 7 flights. When I first picked up the suitcase, I was afraid the lightweight would translate into a less durable product. Not the case in my experience. Once it was full of clothes, it stiffened up nicely and felt very solid.I particularly liked that both sides have full zipper enclosures so that clothes don't come spilling out if you open it the "wrong way"The lock worked fine but it took a couple tries to get the knack of turning the zipper properly to get it to fit into the lock. Once I figured that out, it was fine. The wheels worked well both for upright use and dragging the bag on two weels. Good locations for the three handles as well. It would be nice to add a handle on the bottom to make it easier to lift onto a luggage stand but not a big deal.I like the 26 inch size. Anything larger would be cumbersome and lead inevitably to overpacking and too much weight. This size suits me well for long trips.

Broke on first use
It’s a really stylish and nice luggage, but it cracked on the first trip we took with it. The plastic is not that strong, but they refunded us quickly. Good seller.

Loved it until the airlines destroyed it
This is a really sturdy case with great pockets on the inside dividing the two sides. The size and shape were a revelation for a person who has traveled with hard side bags that are not easy to open up in small spaces. it was easier to open and not hard on my back, easier to push along in carpeted areas. I fly about 60+ times a year, and loved this bag. The first time I used it United airlines beat it up so badly, it looked like it had gotten caught in some kind of machinery, but it survived and kept my things safe. I continued to use with the dents and scratches because I really loved the bag and would not be compensated by the airlines, until DFW broke the wheels off this weekend (it was while 1000s have been stranded because of the tech outage) and now I need a new bag. I don't think this was the bag's fault, it was the sturdiest bag I've had in years, it was just one of those years where the airlines destroy your things. I didn't get the insurance on the bag and I should have, so if you are thinking about this bag, or any, get the insurance.

Flimsy plastic and thin fabric materials
I opened the box, pulled out the case and could immediately see it was very weak material. I made sure my 7lb cat did not jump on it for fear of it bending or breaking the outside of it. I looked inside and I really did like the pockets, but it was so cheaply made that I knew it would be a terrible idea to take it to an airport. I promptly repackaged it and am returning this. It is a nice concept for a suitcase, but just not strong enough to risk using it for traveling.
