For those that do not know, this essentially works like a laxative due to the digestive enzymes. So if you have a sensitive stomach then be careful.The label states this is formulated in the USA. But where this is manufactured is not shown and I care more about where something is made than where the formula was designed. I am guessing these are made in India since the company Ayorish is located there. I just dislike the non transparency and know there are people that would like to know where a product is made, prior to putting it in your body.So the supplement itself is to be taken 1x a day (2 capsules) with food. 2 months worth is good especially considering that it is recommended not to take this for more than 5 days in a row.The capsules are easy enough to take and there is no flavor or aftertaste. They are effective.The papaya leaf is a benefitial plant, and it is shown to have wonderful properties (antibacterial, antiviral, antiinflammatory etc).Definitely check for interactions with your meds or medical conditions, as I did notice that there were some that advise not to consume papaya root.Overall the cost isn't too bad and I like that this is pure papaya leaf extract without any additional ingredients.
