The reason I decided to try chlorella was to see if I could improve my bowel function. I'm hoping that taking this super food will help me correct my disfunction as it would greatly improve my life. I’ve been taking Chlorella for years now, mainly for digestion and stomach issues. Anyone who has been taking it as long as I have knows how these pills are supposed to smell, look and how they affect your body. For example, there’s a strong specific smell to them that you get used to every time you open the bag… not the same strong with the new packaging. Everyone who takes them and takes the recommended dosage also knows that the pills turn your stool the same color… not the case with the new packaging. I take them mainly because I have issues with my stomach and digestion which are nonexistent when I’m taking chlorella… with the new packaging, I’ve finished a whole package (1000 pills) and my stomach has been very sensitive and irritated while taking them. I don’t usually write reviews but I’m hoping that the right person will read this and realize that the people who’ve been taking this for years and really rely on these pills know when we’re not getting the real deal and what we’re paying for. I won’t be buying this brand anymore.

I decided taking chlorella due to irregular heavy bleeding MP. The Chlorella is very small and easy to swallow (w/drink). I hate huge multi vitamins. It chokes me and tastes horrible. This tastes like green tea. It makes me healthy and lose weight. Someone complained stomach pain. I read the article said " because of the toxic load the average person carries, sometimes when people start a regime of chlorella they think they are experiencing side-effects. In reality, they are experiencing the effects of detoxification. The cleansing of toxins from the body may give you gas, nausea, stomach cramps, diarrhea, etc. For this reason, its good to start taking chlorella on a weekend, when you can stay close to home. If the side-effects of detoxing are too much for you, ease up on your consumption, adding it in slowly. The symptoms will pass in a couple of days."I had once pain too. I have been eating organic food for 20 years yet occasionally enjoy dinning out. When I ate something not good for me chlorella try to detoxing it caused me pain. Chlorella makes me less drinking wine and don't get sick. There are cheaper one but a bit scared to try and I'm happy with this brand.
